Stroke 2 Strength

Support for Stroke Survivors Under 50

Welcome to Stroke 2 Strength, a community dedicated to supporting stroke survivors under 50. We understand that having a stroke at a younger age brings unique challenges, and finding the right support can be difficult. That’s why we are here—to offer guidance, connection, and empowerment so that you don’t have to face recovery alone.

Our Story

Stroke 2 Strength was founded by Vicky Prussia in October 2023, after suffering a stroke at 39 years old in April 2023. Like many younger stroke survivors, she found that most support groups focused on older individuals, leaving younger people without tailored resources or a peer network that understood their experiences. Determined to fill this gap, she launched Stroke 2 Strength to help others like her rebuild their lives with confidence.

We offer both local in-person support in Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire and an online support community for individuals across the UK. Whether you're looking for a place to share your story, seek advice, or connect with others who understand, we are here for you.
